I think Claudia Donovan from Warehouse 13 is my favorite character of all time.
She's smart, cool, witty, fasionable, pretty (OMG I love her hair, all styles), and seriously kick-arse. Even when she's messing up (or just making a mess - really, same difference) she does it with flair and style. I want to be her best friend - or be her, I'm not particularly picky.

If you haven't checked out Warehouse 13 yet, I highly recommend it - fun characters, awesome setting, shway individual and overarching storylines, a boatload of mind-blowing gadgets, pinches of cool history, buckets of wit and snark with some serious moments added to taste. The entire series is available now on DVD (what can I say, I'm retro), so stock up on snackage and schedule a binge-watch! You won't be sorry.)
Hmmm, I wonder if this is streaming on Netflix ot Amazon Prime. I'll have to look into it. This sounds like something that I would like!
